CHICAGO-Ventures of Chicago-based Structured Development LLC that wanted to convert the old New City YMCA site on the west side of Lincoln Park into a retail and residential project are facing foreclosure lawsuits. Pittsburgh-based PNC Bank has filed three lawsuits against the ventures to foreclose a 2.3-acre plot at 1401 N. Kingsbury St., a 2.5-acre lot at 1317 N. Clybourn Ave. and a structe at 211 N. Clinton St.
