MIAMI-Conchita Foods has inked a lease for 10 years with Flagler Development for 60,000 square feet at Flagler Station Business Park for its South Florida headquarters. The food distributor will move its current office, warehouse and distribution operations to the new location at 10505 N.W. 112th Avenue in Medley in early 2012.
