AUSTIN, TX-ATCO Properties and Management in New York has purchased Crossroads Center, a 99,000-square-foot retail center at Burnett Road and Research Boulevard in Austin. The shopping center was sold for $14.25 million.
Various tenants such as Big Daddy's Burgers, Benihana, Cycle Gear, Chili's, Pluckers, Trudy's and West Marine occupy space in the retail center. The Weitzman Group negotiated the deal on behalf of both the seller and the buyer. For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal .
