SAN FRANCISCO-Exelixis Inc. is subleasing over 53,000 square feet of space in South San Francisco to two companies. The company will sublease 25,110 square feet and 28,180 square feet at 170 Harbor Way to Nodality Inc. and Redwood City-based Threshold Pharmaceuticals Inc., respectively.
