RICHARDSON, TX-Investors have purchased an apartment community in the Telecom Corridor in Richardson. A partnership created by Dallas-based Crow Holdings has acquired the Pradera apartments situated on Greenside Drive from Criterion Development Partners.
The 360-unit complex, located on the south side of State Highway 190, was constructed by Criterion in 2010. Terms of the deal were not revealed. The Balthrope Group of International Property Advisors marketed the Pradera project. For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News .
