WASHINGTON, DC-The JBG Cos., a developer based in Chevy Chase, has agreed to purchase three parcels on Florida Avenue NW from Metro for a total amount of $10.2 million. The three parcels, which measure 3,799 square feet, 8,621 square feet and 15,956 square feet, are situated between Seventh and Ninth Streets NW.
The developer has plans to construct retail space measuring between 20,000 to 25,000 square feet and nearly 250 residential units on the sites. The deal was approved on July 21. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
