DEBARY, FL-NAI Realvest has closed two lease deals totaling 9,449 square feet in Orlando. Artscape LLC has renewed its lease with Maitland-based Springview CommerCenter LLC for an industrial space measuring 6,449 square feet at Springview CommerCenter at 290 Springview Commerce Drive in DeBary.
In another deal, Plant It Earth, Inc. has leased 3,000 square feet of space at Airport Industrial Center situated on Narcoossee Road from Columbus, Ohio-based Airport Investment Properties LLC.
