CORAL GABLES, FL-Outreach Financial Services, LLC has signed a lease for 41,421 square feet at Flagler Center located at 12735 Gran Bay Parkway in Jacksonville. The lease runs for seven years. Flagler Center, which sits on a 1,022-acre site, has 1.4 million square feet of Class A industrial and office space.
