PARIS-Caisse des Depots, SCOR and PREDICA have purchased a new grade-A office complex called River Ouest at 80 quai Voltaire in the city of Bezons near La Defense, Paris. ING Real Estate Investment Management France gathered the three firms in the deal. The 688,890-square-foot office complex has four office buildings and other amenities.
An OPCI will be the owner of the complex and Unibiens, Credit Agricole Immobilier's 100% owned fund management firm, will be the manager. Westimmo, Helaba and Credit Agricole CIB financed the acquisition. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
