ARVADA, CO-RCG Properties LLC has sold a warehouse measuring 38,688 square feet at 6100 W. 54th Ave. in Arvada for an amount of $4.12 million. The property was purchased by Tarrytown, New York-based Dean Carson Grape St. LLC.
A DHL Express Distribution Facility was occupying the site until last year. The property sits on a 4-acre land. Public records show that RCG Properties purchased the warehouse in 2002 for $480,400. For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal .
