CHICAGO- Wells Fargo Bank N.A. has filed a foreclosure lawsuit on a loft office building located at 833 W. Jackson Blvd in Greektown. According to the lender, the owner of the property has failed to repay its mortgage worth $18.4 million on the property since March 2011. The vacancy rate of the 151,716-square-foot building has increased to 24.5%.
