MT. JULIET, TN-Whiterock Real Estate Investment Trust in Toronto, Ontario, has agreed to acquire the Nissan Distribution Center, a 717,160-square-foot building in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, for an amount of $39 million. The distribution center is 100% leased to Nissan North America of Franklin through 2026.
