LEBANON, TN-Amazon.com, an online retail giant, has inked a short-term lease with Duke Realty for a distribution center 14840 Central Pike near Interstate 840 in Lebanon, Tennessee. The online retailer is also combing Middle Tennessee and the Nashville market for a site to construct a one million-square-foot building.
Amazon will occupy 449,000 square feet at the Duke Realty-owned industrial building for two years so that it could purchase property and build a distribution facility. For the full story, go to Memphis Business Journal .
