TAMPA, FL-Ford Motor Credit Co., an affiliate of Ford Motor Co., has signed a lease extension with KBS Real Estate Investment Trust I for the entire 120,500-square-foot building at Sabal Pavilion in Tampa. The company has signed the lease for 10 years.
Sabal Pavilion is situated at 3620 Queen Palm Drive. Jack Hoskins with Tampa-based CB Richard Ellis represented Ford, while KBS Real Estate Investment Trust represented itself in the lease negotiation. For the full story, go to Tampa Bay Business Journal .
