WASHINGTON, DC-CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, a health insurer based in Baltimore, has renewed its lease for 10 years with First Potomac Realty Trust for 204,000 square feet at 840 First St. NE in Washington, DC. The company will keep its regional headquarters in the 12-story structure through 2023.
