NEW YORK CITY-JIBE, an online enterprise that combines LinkedIn and Facebook with a job board, has leased space in Manhattan. The company, which had been operating from 902 Broadway, will take 2,664 square feet at 26 West 17th Street.
The technology company will occupy a part of the fifth-floor space at the building owned by the Winter Organization. In the deal, the tenant was represented by Jason Schwartzenberg of Studley, while the landlord had in-house representation. For the full story, go to New York Observer .
