WALNUT CREEK, CA-Quick Mount PV is relocating its home offices to Walnut Creek. The company has purchased a 133,602-square-foot property situated at 2700 Mitchell Drive in Walnut Creek's Shadelands area for $7.5 million.
The 12-acre property, which contains two buildings measuring 43,702 square feet and 89,900 square feet, traded for nearly $56 per square foot.
