PLANO, TX-CB Richard Ellis has brokered a lease deal for an industrial space on behalf of Richardson-based Samsung Telecommunications America LLC, the tenant. The telecommunications firm has leased the industrial space spanning 104,104 square feet at Plano Tech Center located at 1000 Klein Road in Plano.
The property is owned by RREEF America REIT II Portfolio LP. David Liggitt, Dave Anderson and Pat O'Keefe from CB Richard Ellis negotiated the deal on behalf of Samsung. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
