ALBUQUERQUE, NM-The U.S. Attorney's Office is expanding and extending its office lease in downtown Albuquerque. The General Services Administration has inked a 10-year lease with Albuquerque Plaza Office Investments LLC for about 64,000 square feet at the Albuquerque Plaza, a 22-story Class A office building at 201 3rd St. NW.

GSA has signed the lease for $9,517,962. Brian Weiss and Amy Aldridge with Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant, while Charlotte, North Carolina-based Allegiance Realty Corp. represented the landlord in the deal. For the full story, go to New Mexico Business Weekly .
