LONDON-Orient Express, a travel company, will move from Sea Containers' House to St Martin's Shackleton House. The company has signed a lease for 10 years with St Martin's for 23,000 square feet at the Shackleton House development on London's south bank for its headquarters.

Orient Express will pay about GBP 35 per square foot for the space. The company will replace Dexia Group in the new location. Cushman & Wakefield advised St Martin's and Monmouth Deane advised Orient Express in the deal. For the full story, go to Property Week .
