HOUSTON-CB Richard Ellis has brokered a lease renewal agreement for an office space in Houston. Commonwealth Engineering and Construction has signed a lease renewal deal for 25,155 square feet at 10255 Richmond.
The company will continue to reside on the second-floor space of the 100,000-square-foot property. The property is owned by Caroline Partners.
