HOUSTON-Colliers International has negotiated a lease deal for a retail space in Houston on behalf of Jump Houston, the tenant. Jump Houston has signed a lease for 54,000 square feet of retail space at 10510 Westview Drive.
The Westview Drive property is owned by League America - Houston. In the lease transaction, the tenant was represented by Colliers International's Blake Gibson and Marshall Clinkscales, while the landlord was represented by Finial Group's Neil Martin. For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle .
