MILWAUKEE-A joint venture between Wispark LLC of Milwaukee, the United Bank of Scotland and CenterPoint Properties of West Allis has started construction on an industrial facility measuring 185,000 square feet in the Grandview Business Park in Yorkville following Anixter Inc.'s lease deal in the facility. Anixter has leased 60,000 square feet in the new industrial building to merge its warehousing operations.
