GARLAND, TX-Garland-based AYC Group LLC has inked a long-term lease for a Class A industrial space at 4009 Distribution Drive to expand its distribution hub and headquarters. The company has leased 30,845 square feet in the Gateway East Business Center from Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Co.
AYC Group will relocate to the new location in early October. In the lease deal, the tenant was represented by Hudson Peters Commercial LLC, and the landlord was represented by Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
