MIAMI-Aztec Group, Inc. has found $3,000,000 in debt financing for a Walgreens lease in Hialeah. Walgreens has secured the debt financing from Symetra Life Insurance Company for a ground lease at 1155 W 68th St. through Aztec.
Details of the 20-year, non-recourse, self-amortizing facility contain a fixed interest rate of 6.04% and loan-to-value of 70%. Howard Taft and Charles Penan with Aztec arranged the financing for the Walgreens lease. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal .
