DALLAS-Rosewood Corp. and Maritz, Wolff & Co. has sold Rosewood Crescent Hotel and Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek in a $570 million deal, which includes the sale of three other assets, to the family of Hong Kong investor Cheng Yu-tung. New World Hospitality purchased Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, which administered the two hotels, for $229.5 million.

The Carlyle hotel in New York, Rosewood Little Dix Bay in the British Virgin Islands and Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi in New Mexico were the other properties. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
