MEMPHIS-Boyle Investment Co., a developer based in Memphis, is constructing a speculative office building outside of Nashville in Cool Springs. The developer has broken ground on a 175,000-square-foot structure along with underground parking space in its Meridian Cool Springs project.
The project will comprise 65,000 square feet of retail space and over 1 million square feet of office space at the junction of Meridian Boulevard and Carothers Parkway. In December, the developer valued the cost of the building at $35 million. For the full story, go to Memphis Business Journal .
