BETHESDA, MD-Carr Properties, a private real estate investment trust, has acquired rights to develop 4500 East West Highway, a trophy office project comprising 223,000 square feet in Bethesda's central business district. The approved project will start during Q1 2012 and will be completed during Q1 2014.
