WESTFIELD, IN-Herman & Kittle Properties has broken ground on an apartment complex consisting of 72 units in Westfield, Indiana. The complex, known as The Commons at Spring Mill, is located near Ind. 32 and Spring Mill Road.
The Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority awarded $8 million in federal tax credits to finance the complex. The units will be leased to lower-income residents.
