GOODLETTSVILLE, TN-Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania-based Exeter Property Group has purchased three warehouse properties totaling 364,000 square feet in Goodlettsville, Tennessee, for an amount of $16.4 million. The properties were sold by PCO Northfork LP.
The 300 Oak Bluff Lane property houses California-based Schurman Fine Papers' distribution center measuring 200,000 square feet, and the other two properties are located at 200 and 300 Northfork Lane.
