CHICAGO-Denver-based Integrated Airline Services has signed a new lease for an industrial building measuring 88,060 square feet near O'Hare International Airport. The company has leased 11501 W. Irving Park Road from Indianapolis-based Duke Realty Corp.
Duke constructed the Irving Park Road building in 2007 on spec. In the lease transaction, the tenant was represented by Matthew Stauber of Colliers International. The landlord was also represented by Colliers in the deal. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
