FORT LAUDERDALE-Las Olas City Centre is under contract for approximately $160 million or about $400 per square foot. A fund operated by JPMorgan Investment Management appears to be the buyer for the 408,000-square-foot building located at 401 Las Olas Blvd. in Fort Lauderdale.
