LONDON-An Orion Capital Managers fund has purchased one acre of freehold site in the middle of Chelsea in London for a residential development. The site, purchased by the Orion sponsored vehicle, is situated between Old Church Street and 36A Glebe Place.
The site is approved for six apartments, two detached villas and a duplex penthouse modeled by Foster + Partners. The cost of the total development is GBP 250 million and the project will be completed in 2014. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
