BOSTON-Quiet Logistics has leased 200,000 square feet at the Devens Industrial Park at 66 Saratoga Boulevard from Boston-based CrossHarbor Capital Partners. The Devens industrial property measures 411,000 square feet.
CrossHarbor purchased the industrial site in February 2007 from Intercontinental Real Estate Corp. for $24 million. Klemmer Associates' Tim Brodigan and Greg Klemmer represented the tenant, while Richards Barry Joyce & Partners' James Lipscomb, John Lashar and Paul Leone represented the owner in the lease deal.
