TAMPA, FL-Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has closed the sale of a garden apartment community in Tampa. A private investor based in Florida has sold the 60-unit Regency Manor Apartments community located at 13710 North 19th St. to a Canadian-based private investment group for $610,000.
