TAMPA, FL-A bank-owned hotel in the Tampa area changes hands for an undisclosed price. Sette McCarthy Hotel LLC has purchased the St. Pete/Clearwater Airport Inn, a hotel containing 120 rooms in Clearwater.
Terms of the hotel deal were not revealed. Osprey Assets II Inc., an associate of Bay Cities Bank, involved Sun Hospitality Advisors, a unit of The Plasencia Group, as an advisor in the deal. The transaction was closed on July 15. For the full story, go to Tampa Bay Business Journal .
