SHAKOPEE, MN-The Praedium Group of New York and CAPREIT of Rockville, Maryland, have acquired the Shenandoah Apartments, a 202-unit apartment complex at 935 Alysheba Road in Shakopee, for $19 million. The seller of the property was a local investor.
The apartment building, constructed in 2005, includes a fitness center and clubhouse, a billiards room, an outdoor swimming pool and walking trails.
