Kimberly Liddell Trust is the owner of the Andrea Lane property. In the lease deal, the tenant was represented by Ryan Leffler from Leffler & Associates, while the landlord was represented by Bob Johnston, Derek Bornhorst and Jerry Messonnier from Grubb & Ellis.
