FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-Broward College will relocate 140 employees to a new place in the Cypress Creek area in Fort Lauderdale. The public college has recently purchased the three-story office building measuring 73,280 square feet at 4600 N.W. Sixth Way for $7.2 million.
Broward College will relocate employees from its East Las Olas Boulevard office in downtown Fort Lauderdale to the new location. The Cypress Creek area property was previously retained by Citrix Systems. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
