CEDAR HILL, TX-CB Richard Ellis has closed the sale of a medical office building in Cedar Hill. An investment partnership based in Germany has acquired the medical office building measuring 12,560 square feet in the Cedar Hill Village Shopping Center at 294 Uptown Blvd.
