PHOENIX-The Phoenix office of Colliers International has closed the sale of three apartment complexes in East Valley for a total price of $11 million. Advantage South Corp. USA purchased 101 condominiums of the 166-condo Dobson Bay Club in Mesa from NCB Development III LLC for $4.6 million. Wells Fargo Bank sold the 120-apartment Dobson Springs in Mesa to 1325 West LP for $5.4 million via special servicer Helios AMC.
