WASHINGTON, DC-Westport, Connecticut Heyman Properties has listed its 950 L'Enfant Plaza, a 279,681-square-foot office building, on the market for sale. The building is leased to Federal Aviation Administration and the Department of Energy through 2015.
Heyman acquired 950 L'Enfant Plaza in 2001 for $55 million from VIB Management Fund. The office building is 100% leased. Eastdil Secured LLC is selling the property on behalf of Heyman. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
