NEW YORK CITY-The Columbia University Medical Center has signed a long-term lease deal for 100,000 square feet of space at 600 Madison Ave. situated between East 57th and East 58th streets. The center will occupy the former Tiffany & Co. space in the building.

The asking rent for the space was nearly $75 per square foot. The center will use the space for doctors' offices. CB Richard Ellis Inc.'s Howard Fiddle represented Ruben Cos., the landlord, in the deal. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
