DENVER-TA Associates Realty, a real estate adviser based in Boston, has purchased the Orchard Pointe office building in Denver for an undisclosed price. The six-story building, which measures 113,606 square feet, is located off Orchard Road and Interstate 25.
The sellers of the property were a partnership of Guggenheim Partners and Houston-based Means Knaus Partners LP. The building was previously sold for $13.525 million in 1996. Mary Sullivan and John Jugl of Jones Lang LaSalle handled the deal. For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal .
