NEW YORK CITY-Regent Business Centers, an office suites provider, has leased its fourth Manhattan facility. The company has inked a sublease deal for seven years with Random House for 27,775 square feet at 1745 Broadway situated at West 56th Street.
The asking rent for the space in the building was in the low-$50s range. The 930,000-square-foot building is owned by SL Green Realty Corp.
