AURORA, IL-Indianapolis-based Simon Property Group Inc., the owner of the Chicago Premium Outlets mall situated in Aurora, is planning to expand the outlet mall by approximately 30% in 2012. Currently, the center has nearly 120 stores and the owner has plans to expand it by roughly 130,000 square feet.
