BOSTON-Simpson Housing LLP, a developer based in Colorado, will break ground on an 11-story retail and apartment complex next week on the other side of the TD Garden. The new complex will be called The Victor and it will include high-end restaurants, 286 apartments and 138 parking lots.
The $140-million complex will come up at the northern end of the Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Greenway. The Simpson complex will be opened in spring 2013. For the full story, go to Boston Globe .
