JACKSON, TN-Nashville-based Freeman Webb Investments Inc. has recently purchased three apartment properties in Jackson for a total amount of $13 million. The company has acquired the three apartment communities containing 311 units at a 40% discount from Morgan Stanley Capital 1 Inc.
The three communities include Cedarwood Apartments, a 101-unit complex on Walker Road, Whispering Oaks Apartments situated on Campbell Street and Northridge Apartments, a 160-unit property on Constellation Circle.
