COVENTRY, UK-LaSalle Investment Management has declared that the Titan Business Centre in Warwick has been sold by Harris Lamb for GBP 9.9 million. The clients of CB Richard Ellis Investors purchased the 10-unit industrial center measuring 135,162 square feet. Harris Lamb represented itself in the deal.
