PLAINFIELD, IN-Minnetonka-based Welsh Property Trust has acquired an industrial building spanning 741,092 square feet at 3003 Reeves Road in a suburb of Indianapolis. The building, situated in Plainfield, is leased to Redcats USA, a New York-based clothing retailer.
